Ages 3-7

Little Dragons have fun in their own karate classes as they develop their motor skills and learn the basics of self defense.

Ages 7-13

Karate Kids train with advanced self-defense concepts. The increased confidence and discipline helps prepare them for many life situations.

Ages 14+

Adults enjoy a full body workout along with their martial arts training that helps keep them flexible and in shape.
